Swim Instruction includes freestyle, elementary backstroke, standard backstroke, breaststroke, and sidestroke.

Competitive swimmers focus on the competitive strokes freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly.

Forward dive starts and backstroke starts are taught and refined.

Turns are taught in conjunction with the competitive swim strokes including flip-turns, 2-hand-touch turns, and transition turns
